Product and Price Information

The following conditions apply to all purchases made through the SISISTERN.ART online store. All product prices are listed in euros (€) and are displayed alongside each item. Prices are final unless stated otherwise.

Placing an Order

To place an order, add the desired product(s) to your cart and complete the checkout form with all required information. A full name, telephone number, and shipping address are necessary for delivery. This information will be shared only with the shipping provider to ensure successful delivery.

The total cost of your order will be shown at checkout. Payments are made via bank transfer. Your order will be confirmed and processed once the full payment has been received by Liis Koger OÜ.

If an item is no longer available or if we are unable to fulfill your order for any reason, you will be informed as soon as possible — and no later than within 3 business days. Any payments received will be promptly refunded.

Shipping & Delivery

Until the goods have arrived, both Liis Koger OÜ and the shipping provider share responsibility for ensuring that the ordered item(s) reach you safely. Upon receiving the package, it is important that the buyer inspects it immediately. If any damage has occurred during transit, this must be noted to the delivery person. Any claims must be made promptly upon receipt.

Shipping costs and carriers vary depending on your location and chosen delivery method. Liis Koger OÜ works with trusted partner companies to ensure safe transport. If you prefer an alternative shipping option — such as receiving the artwork rolled and unframed — please contact prior to placing your order.

Local pickup is also available from the atelier at Narva mnt 7, 10117 Tallinn, Estonia by prior arrangement.

Shipments of original paintings are expected to arrive within 7 working days in Estonia, and within 14 working days in Europe and North America.

Exchanges – Your Satisfaction Matters

If the artwork you received does not fully meet your expectations, you are welcome to exchange it for another available piece listed on this website. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange.

Please note:
– Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
– Shipping for the newly selected artwork will also be covered by the customer.

Because each artwork is an original, a few essential terms apply to protect its integrity and value.

– The purchase of an original painting does not grant the right to reproduce, resell, or profit from the image in any form — including prints, merchandise, or other commercial uses.
– All visual rights remain exclusively with Liis Koger OÜ, the sole holder of copyright. This ensures the artwork’s provenance and long-term value are protected.
– You are warmly welcome to share images of the work on social media, provided the artist is clearly and respectfully credited.
– Use of any imagery from SISISTERN.ART — including artworks or photographs — for commercial purposes requires written permission from Liis Koger OÜ.

The visual rights to each piece are retained not only to protect the work, but to allow for future opportunities — be it appearing in a book, an exhibition, or even, should the stars align, on the side of an airplane.

Privacy Policy

The information you provide — including your name, phone number, address, email, and bank details — is used solely to process your order and arrange delivery. Your personal data is treated with strict confidentiality and is never shared beyond what is necessary to fulfill your purchase.
