Terms of Purchase

Collecting Original Art from SISI STERN

These terms define the agreement between the collector and Liis Koger OÜ, ensuring transparency and care in every transaction. Each purchase from sisistern.art represents a direct acquisition of an original work of art or fine art print from the artist.

All prices are in euros (€), inclusive of taxes unless noted otherwise.
Orders are confirmed once full payment is received.
Payments are accepted via secure bank transfer.

Copyright and Usage Rights

All artworks and images displayed on sisistern.art are protected under:

• the Estonian Copyright Act (Autoriõiguse seadus, RT I 1992, 49, 615), and

• the European Union Copyright Directive (Directive 2001/29/EC).

Under these laws, Liis Koger OÜ holds the full copyright to all original artworks and images, including both:

• Economic rights, which cover reproduction, distribution, public display, and commercial use; and

• Moral rights, which ensure authorship, integrity of the work, and proper attribution to the artist.

Purchasing an original artwork or print grants ownership of the physical object only. It does not include any right to reproduce, modify, resell, or use the image commercially in any form (including prints, digital reproductions, or merchandise).

Collectors are welcome to share photographs of their acquired artworks for personal or social media use, provided the artist is clearly credited as Liis Koger / SISI STERN.

Any commercial or promotional use of imagery from sisistern.art requires written permission from Liis Koger OÜ.

Violations of these rights constitute copyright infringement and may be pursued under Estonian and EU law.
