Born on December 23, 1989, in Pärnu, Estonia, Liis Koger’s artistic journey began early, nurtured by her education at the Children's Art School and Sütevaka Private Gymnasium Of Humanistics. She later studied Psychology and Theology at the University of Tartu, enriching her artistic practice with deep philosophical and spiritual perspectives.

Surrounded by literature and music from a young age, Liis developed a unique vision that fuses poetic depth with visual expression. She graduated with a degree in Painting (Fine Arts) from the University of Tartu and has since been exhibiting her work internationally.
