“Much like there are various layers and numerous levels in Liis’s paintings, the same can be said about Liis herself as a creator: from poetry (having published three poetry collections) to crystal dishes and paintings over a period of more than 15 years. What makes her creative work and endeavors special for me is, on one hand, the occasional extreme, in a very good way, forcefulness in all its honesty and authenticity, while being extremely delicate and sensitive at the same time. It's a rare combination, perhaps best described as: an ultimate feminine force of nature!
