Guiding Your Night mõjub korraga nagu loojuv päike mere kohal ja tähelepanu hoidmise punkt, millele pilk puhkama jääb. Mulle on rohkem kui korra pähe tulnud, et see võiks sobida ka mõne lapse magamistuppa. Mõte võib olla lihtne, kuid selles maalis on midagi rahustavat ja helget.
Samas on sellel teosel ka piisavalt jõudu, et särada suuremas ruumis: 2025. aasta talvel tõi see soojust ja kontrasti restorani Basiilik esimese korruse saali, kus see oli üks isikunäituse tõmbenumbreid.

Guiding Your Night feels at once like the sun setting over the sea and a point where the eye naturally comes to rest. More than once, I've caught myself thinking that it would be a lovely painting for a child's bedroom. It may be a simple thought, but there is something undeniably calming and uplifting about the painting.
At the same time, this artwork has enough presence to fill a much larger space. During my solo exhibition at Restaurant Basiilik in the summer of 2025, it brought warmth and contrast to the restaurant's main dining room, where it simply stood out.
Important Note:
This painting has been resigned with my own name, Liis Koger.
For a while, I went through something of an identity crisis, trying to understand how best to communicate the SISI STERN brand.
Eventually, I realized that it was never intended to be an alter ego. Rather, SISI STERN represents a concept.
