Validity of sale – product and price information

The conditions of sale apply to purchases of goods from online store.
The prices of products in online store are indicated next to products.
The prices are given in euros.

Placing an order

Add the desired product(s) to cart to order them. Fill in all the required fields.
A name, telephone number and an address are needed for shipping.
They will be shared only to the shipping company.

The total cost will be displayed on screen. This can be paid via bank transfer.
The contract enters into force when full price of product(s) has been transferred to the bank account of Liis Koger OÜ.

If we cannot deliver the ordered goods due to stock running out or for any other
reason, the purchaser will be informed as soon as possible, but no later than
3 working days, and the money paid will be returned.

Shipment  – responsibility, cost and time

Until the goods have arrived, Liis Koger OÜ and the shipping company are responsible for the ordered item(s) to arrive safely. It is extremely important for the buyer to check right upon the arrival of package if any damage has been done. If so, the buyer should note the delivery man. The online store and the shipping company can only be responsible for the issues that occur during the travel.

Artworks are shipped all over the world. 
The sending cost depends on your precise location and the preferred method of delivery. Liis Koger OÜ uses partner companies to ship art. If you want to use another sending option (like sending the artwork without an underframe, in a roll), please send an email starlight.sisi@pm.me
You are also offered to pick up the artwork at atelier, Narva mnt 7, 10117 Tallinn.

All shipments of original paintings in Estonia should arrive within 7 working days; in Europe and America, within 14 working days.

Changing the goods

If you should discover that the painting does not satisfy your needs, you are free to change the artwork for some other artwork that you see on the same homepage available. Returning the painting will be paid by the customer, sending a new painting will also be paid by the customer. You should do that within 14 days of receiving and trying the artwork out.

Terms of purchasing original art

It is strictly forbidden to use original artwork that you have bought as means of additional income, for example selling prints of them in what ever form.

It is strictly forbidden to use the images at SISISTERN.ART website or items purchased from Liis Koger OÜ for commercial purposes without a written permission from Liis Koger OÜ.

Liis Koger OÜ keeps the rights of the artwork images, so your painting(s) may gain even more value. Liis Koger OÜ remains the ONLY holder of rights related to the images of the artworks (e.g., the prints of physical paintings must be allowed to appear in magazines, books, on cups of coffee and airplanes if necessary).

Privacy policy

The online store only uses personal data entered by the purchaser (including name, phone number, address, e-mail and bank details) for processing the order and sending goods to the purchaser.
